Charlie Kaufman:
When I was a teen I watched a movie that move me alot, its named Synechdocke New York and it was writen and directed by Charlie Kauffman, he is a screenwriten famous by the movies like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Adaptation, and Being John Malkovich.
Kaufman was born in 1958 in a jewish family in New York city, he was very recognized when he write the script of Being John Malkovich in 1999, After that he was given the job of making a script of the book The Orchid Thief, after months of been creatively blocked Charlie present a Script of his personal Struggle of trying to make a script out of this book, he present himself as a character of the movie. After this Kaufman colaborates with famous directors like Michel Gondry and Spike jonze, in 2008 Kaufman began his director carrer with his first movie Synechdocke New York.
If I have to resume the Charlie Kaufman writing I would have to say that he writes in the most honest ways that I ever notice in a screenwriter, in all his movies the characters are moved by the emotions that we humans try to hide. We dont like many of ours emotions, we usually gets insecure, envy, lonely, we fear the way that people see us, we want to be successful in our carrers, hobbys or in our social life, and thats are things that we usually hide, including ourself. I notice this by waching his movie Adaptation, where he put himself as a character struggling with his insecurities, he wanted to be a great screenwriter, with a lot of friends but actually he represent himself as a lonely person. And I has never seen this in other movies.
